It can be a hobby or a lifestyle. Whatever your level or ambition we can give you the skills to reach your horizons. Come and experience the adventure of sailing. For more than twenty years we have been helping people learn to sail at our Chesapeake facility. Our approach is simple yet direct; to provide the skills necessary to build your confidence to handle a sailboat for your intended use. Each session is tailored to meet your needs and limits class size to your crew (four people maximum). All sailing courses are designed using US SAILING and North University text material. Participants may elect for US SAILING certification (written and water testing is required for certification). Textbooks can be supplied for those seeking certification. We offer sailing courses from beginner to performance sailor. Our J24 has the latest sail handling equipment insuring all learning can be employed on any sailboat the graduate may sail in the future.
